Delete your ZiplyFriend account

ZiplyFriend (package com.guardiaai.app) lets you create an account. You can request that the account and associated data be deleted at any time. There is no fee. Data controller: TELEAON AI SDN. BHD.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open ZiplyFriend and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. This signs you out, clears local records on the device, and asks the ZiplyFriend backend to delete synced workspace data for that account.

Delete by email

Email support@aiguardian.my from the address on the account with the subject Delete ZiplyFriend account. Include the account email and, if you have it, the device type. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account credentials and session, spending records, receipts/bills you stored, subscriptions you tracked, assistant chat history tied to the account, friend labels, and settings. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request for security and legal compliance.
