What AI Guardian provides

AI Guardian is a personal organization assistant for daily spending, receipts, bills, invoices, subscriptions, warranties, refund planning, suspicious message review, contacts, and shared plans. The app may offer mock AI mode for testing and live AI mode through a backend service.

No professional advice

AI Guardian is not a bank, lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, insurance provider, merchant, regulator, or emergency service. Assistant replies, spending summaries, refund drafts, safety checks, and plan suggestions are informational only. Users are responsible for checking information before using it.

AI limitations

• AI output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or based on unclear user input.
• Receipt and invoice reading can make mistakes when images are blurry, cropped, or low quality.
• Voice transcription can misunderstand names, amounts, dates, currencies, or categories.
• Renewal dates, warranty dates, and reminders should be checked by the user.
• The app does not guarantee refunds, cancellations, savings, complaint outcomes, or merchant responses.

User responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use AI Guardian lawfully and respectfully.
• Only upload bills, invoices, receipts, images, contacts, and notes they have permission to use.
• Review AI-generated messages before sending them to anyone.
• Keep their device and app account secure if production accounts are enabled.
• Avoid entering passwords, OTP codes, CVV codes, full bank login details, or unnecessary sensitive data.

Accounts, local data, and availability

The current app may store demo information locally on the device. Future production versions may add hosted user accounts, cloud sync, paid plans, or team/family sharing. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product develops. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues, API provider outages, or app-store review changes.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid subscriptions are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms will be shown in the app store or checkout flow before purchase. App Store and Google Play purchases are also subject to the applicable store payment terms. AI Guardian cannot guarantee that a user’s third-party subscription with a merchant will be cancelled unless that merchant confirms cancellation.

User content

Users keep ownership of their notes, records, receipts, images, contacts, and prompts. By submitting content, users allow AI Guardian and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the requested feature, operate the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Prohibited uses

• Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the backend or app services.
• Do not use AI output as a substitute for professional advice in urgent, legal, financial, or safety matters.

Third-party services

AI Guardian may rely on third-party services for AI processing, hosting, app-store distribution, cloud builds, analytics, crash reporting, email, and payment processing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Users should also review the terms for Apple App Store, Google Play, OpenAI, Expo, hosting providers, and payment tools that apply to their use.

Disclaimers and liability

AI Guardian is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. AI Guardian is not responsible for losses caused by user decisions, incorrect user input, third-party services, merchant actions, or reliance on unverified AI output.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app moves from demo to production. Material changes should be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, inside the app.
